Your right to data deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of all your personal data from Beakle at any time. This includes your account information, connected WhatsApp services, messages, contacts, knowledge base entries, and any other data associated with your account.
How to request data deletion
From your dashboard
Go to Settings > Account and click “Delete Account”. This will immediately begin the deletion process.
Via WhatsApp
Send a message to support requesting data deletion. Include the email address associated with your account.
Via email
Send a request to hello@beakle.xyz with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
What gets deleted
When you request data deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account and profile information
- All connected WhatsApp services and session data
- All messages stored on our platform
- Contact records and conversation summaries
- Knowledge base entries
- AI settings, preferences, and configurations
- Subscription and billing records (except where required by law)
- Activity logs and analytics data
Timeline
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. During this period, your account will be deactivated and your connected WhatsApp services will be disconnected. Once deletion is complete, the action cannot be reversed.
Data we may retain
In certain cases, we may retain limited data as required by applicable law, such as transaction records for tax and accounting purposes. Any retained data will be anonymised where possible and will not be used for any purpose other than legal compliance.
