Our 2026 Roadmap — Voice Replies, Multi-Language, Vision

Beakle started as a simple promise. Reply to your WhatsApp customers when you cannot. Eighteen months in, that promise has grown teeth. Here is where we are, and where we are going.

What Beakle Already Does Today

The boring stuff is the load-bearing stuff. We shipped it first because that is what your customers actually need at 11pm on a Tuesday.

  • Knowledge Base. You feed Beakle your prices, your policies, your delivery zones. Beakle quotes from it. No invention. If it is not in the KB, Beakle escalates instead of guessing.
  • Product Catalogs. For shop owners — Mayatek, Autolux, VKAutos style — Beakle holds your full stock list, prices in ₦, and the brand variants. A customer asks for "the smaller power bank", Beakle finds it.
  • Smart Escalation. Beakle knows what it does not know. Anything off-script lands in your owner group with full context. You decide. Beakle learns from your reply for next time.
  • Integrations. Google Calendar for bookings. Web Chat Widget for your site. Webhooks for your custom flows. Owner WhatsApp group as your command center.
  • Five Business Types. Product sales, bookings, service providers, digital products, general. Each one runs a different playbook — because a barber and a phone vendor are not the same business.

Roughly every other week we ship something new. Most of it lives in the in-dashboard Guide. If you have not flipped through it, you are missing about a third of what you already paid for.

What Is Coming in 2026

Three big bets. Each one we have prototyped. Each one needs your patience and your test accounts.

Voice Replies — Both Ways

Lagos runs on voice notes. We know. By Q2 2026 Beakle will:

  • Receive customer voice notes, transcribe them in your language style, and reply the way you would.
  • Send voice replies back — in your shop's voice tone, not a robot.

The send side is the harder half. We are testing voice cloning that holds up over a 90-second note without sounding like a kidnapper. Early demos are promising. We will not ship it until it sounds like a person you would trust with your money.

Multi-Language, Broader Than English

Today Beakle speaks English — and bends naturally into Pidgin, Nigerian English, and the casual register your customers use. That is style, not language.

Next is real language. Yoruba first, because the data is cleanest. Then Hausa. Then Igbo. Then Swahili for the East African expansion. Each one trained on actual market conversations, not textbook formal forms. "Bawo ni, e ti gba phone yi?" should get a reply that does not sound like a Bible translation.

Vision — Beakle That Can See

Customers send photos. A picture of a shoe they want. A receipt to confirm transfer. A photo of their ID for verification. Today, Beakle says it cannot see them and asks for a description. That is the worst answer.

In 2026, Beakle will:

  • Read transfer receipts and confirm the amount + bank + reference.
  • Match a customer photo to your product catalog ("yes, that is the ₦45,000 Air Force, white, size 42").
  • Validate ID cards for KYC flows — useful for the credit and BNPL businesses we keep getting requests from.
  • Flag anything suspicious to the owner instead of acting on it blindly.

How to Influence This Roadmap

We do not build in a cave. The features above are real because actual Beakle businesses asked for them, sometimes loudly.

Two ways to push the list:

  1. The feedback widget inside the Guide. Every page has it. We read every submission. The ones we hear three times become features.
  2. Support tickets. Tag them as feature request and they go straight to the planning board.

If your business has a wedge case — long voice notes from older customers, customers who only speak Hausa, photo-heavy product sales — tell us. The roadmap above is the public version. The private one has thirty more items, and the order is set by who asks loudest.
